Virginia M. Barborak

Virginia has experience in all areas of law. She has been a general practitioner and litigator for her entire career. She began working at Northeast Ohio Legal Services in 1997, where she assisted numerous low-income clients with all types of legal problems. In 2000 she joined the staff of Columbiana County Prosecutor Robert Herron. She currently prosecutes cases in the Northwest Area Court in Salem, Ohio.

Virginia grew up in Lisbon, Ohio and graduated from David Anderson High School. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Politcal Science from Kent State University in 1993, she went on to graduate from The University of Akron School of Law in 1997.

Nicholas M. Barborak

Nick also grew up in Lisbon and graduated from David Anderson High School. In college he was an intern for the United States House of Representatives. Once in Law School Nick achieved one of the highest academic honors when his article on charitable trusts was published in the Akron Law Review. He went on to graduate with high honors. Nick worked for the Seventh District Court of Appeals for 3 years. He joined the staff of Columbiana County Prosecutor Robert Herron in 2001.

Nick is also a general practitioner of law and is very experienced in legal writing.
