At Barborak Law Offices, we are general practitioners of law. Some
of these areas include contracts, wills, family matters, probate
of estates, consumer matters, labor, appellate work, employment
matters and personal injury and bankruptcy.
Fees*
For ethical reasons, attorneys are prohibited from publishing a
fee schedule. Barborak Law Offices will do a consultation of your
legal problem for a small fee. If we enter into an attorney-client
relationship, the consultation fee will be applied to the overall
fee for legal representation. Barborak Law Offices will use certain
criteria in assessing fees. These include the complexity of the
case, the amount of time the attorney will spend on the case, and
the attorney's experience and expertise.
